Charl felt really uncomfortable in front of camera, however with a little direction and the occasional joke, she quickly came out of her shell. While her eyes are not open in this shot, I think it still captures her personality.

Another client who photographs incredibly well. In this series of studio shots, we opted for a black background and request all participants to where dark monochrome clothing to focus the attention on the face. Lit using a single Profoto B2 with a medium softbox, the client was very pleased with these results.
